I am very impressed with everyone at Hennessy Cadillac. There is always someone handing you their card ready to help. I can say that no one will ever go thirsty there as every employee who passes you asks you if you need something to drink! All issues I have had have been taken care of very satisfactory.

I brought my 1997 Deville in to get 4 new Michelin tires. Since Hennessy price matches, I really got a great price. They are always helpful and even gave me a loaner car. I have been purchasing Cadillacs since 1986 and always from Hennessy. I plan to continue being a loyal customer! Keep up the good work.

I brought my 2013 XTS in for a problem...
I brought my 2013 XTS in for a problem with the air conditioning. It was blowing out hot air instead of cold air. Your service department identified the problem and fixed it right away. When I picked up my car I felt that the temperature of the air was not getting cold enough. The service department kept my car again and thoroughly tested it. They treated me very well and took my complaints seriously. My air conditioner is working fine now. I am very satisfied with the service I received. I always have been. They all do a great job!

The memory module failed in my 2012 CTS...
The memory module failed in my 2012 CTS Premium Coupe which effected all settings, this is covered under warranty, I was given a Loaner car while awaiting delivery of the module to be installed. After installation was completed the issue was corrected.

It's this simple...the Service Dept. at HENNESSEY Cadillac is as good as it gets, anywhere. You're treated like a VIP at Hennessy. Everyone there is courteous, confidant, extremely professional and focused on making your experience a positive one. It seems crazy to say this but I actually enjoy bringing my Cadillac in for service. And they wash my car!
