  • I brought my 2013 XTS in for a problem with the air conditioning. It was blowing out hot air instead of cold air. Your service department identified the problem and fixed it right away. When I picked up my car I felt that the temperature of the air was not getting cold enough. The service department kept my car again and thoroughly tested it. They treated me very well and took my complaints seriously. My air conditioner is working fine now. I am very satisfied with the service I received. I always have been. They all do a great job!
