I took my 2011 SRX for a routine oil change. the service was friendly, fast and completed in a timely manner. I have been unappy with the hesitation perfor,mance of the vehicle. I have a 2008 SRX that I purchased used with 29K miles on if in 2011. The very next weekend I took it to Hennesy Cadillac to have a major service done just for my peace of mind. Now I have 64K miles and have never had a major issue. I believe it's due to having my maintenance done at an authorized Cadillac dealership. I'm often asked about the cost of having service done at a dealership as opposed to having it done at other car maintenance chains. I think the days are over when dealerships charge a great deal more than others.
